Design Notes:
The page templates included in the zip file are what you see here,
and consist of both a splash & internal page which rely on
bordered nested tables to keep the various areas separate. The
pages will expand and contract both width and lengthways automatically
to suit different content & browser resolutions. Just be aware
that if you add too many link buttons to the top of the internal
pages, the page will scroll horizontally at smaller resolutions.
If you need a lot of links, it may be best to add them in two
(or more) rows.
